Project Description

Redevelopment, expansion, and new construction of an owner-occupied nonprofit office and healthcare space with a community room that is accessible by multiple third-party nonprofits. The new multi-service center will enable PATH to relocate, centralize, and expand its services. PATH, Inc. was organized in 1973 with a goal of providing charitable, educational and community services to the residents of Northeast Philadelphia.

PATH, a women controlled nonprofit, operates several behavioral health programs for adults and children as well as programs for people with intellectual disabilities. PATH provides a full array of services to both youth and adults including group homes, case management, day treatment, drug and alcohol recovery, in-school assessment, Urgent Care mental health services, and adult day programs. Approximately 97% of patients are either Medicare or Medicaid participants.

The new location will welcome several other strong nonprofits such as Community Legal Services and Mighty Writers to utilize the space to provide services to the residents of Northeast Philadelphia.
