The project involves the purchase of and renovate a building at the northwest edge of the center’s current service area, which replaces its Portage Park clinic, provide more services to that patient population and attract a substantial number of new patients. The project will expans PrimeCare’s capacity for dental services, primary care and behavioral health services.
