Project Description

Construction of new production facilities for Resintech, Inc. and ActionPak, Inc. ResinTech Inc.’s facility in Camden, NJ was the first ion exchange resin manufacturing plant built in the U.S. in over 30 years. The project directly responds to community needs by providing almost 200 new and accessible jobs to Camden, NJ residents in addition to another 150 jobs and 403 construction jobs.

Halsey Street Teachers Village Workforce Housing Project B, the last phase of larger development known as Teachers Village in downtown Newark, New Jersey.
