Project Description

Saint Paul City School Charter School No. 4029 (SPCS), a Minnesota public charter school and their affiliated building company Charter School Property, Inc. have requested $6M of NMTC allocation from MMCDC. NMTC proceeds will be utilized to assist with a portion of the ~$17.4M total project costs. The project involves consolidating SPCS’s three existing schools into one centralized campus to be located at 215 University Avenue West, Saint Paul.
