University Enterprise Laboratories (UEL) is a business incubator for early-stage ventures in biotechnology and life sciences. It received NMTC financing from University Financial Corp.

It is uniquely positioned between Minneapolis and St. Paul, close to the University of Minnesota, in the growing Towerside Innovation District. UEL features flexible wet lab space, office and conference space, in addition to education, services, and connections for our resident companies.
