Project Description

Finances the development and construction of two office buildings for SHINE Medical Technologies that will complement SHINE’s production facility currently under construction. A 35,604 sq. ft. office building that will serve as SHINE’s headquarters. And an 18,771 sq. ft. office/lab/research building that will be utilized by SHINE’s Therapeutics group. SHINE was founded in 2010 and is working to become the world’s leading producer of medical isotopes.
