COMMUNITY IMPACT

NMTC financing supported the renovation of a portion of a historic former mill building (Condominium Units A and A1), located at 1 North Johnston Avenue, Hamilton Township, Mercer County, NJ 08609. The renovation project created approximately 74,000 square feet mixed-use space, offering attractive lease terms focused at a variety of art, environmental, and nonprofit uses which provide services to the local community. The organizations created and retained 207 jobs. The project was part of a greater redevelopment effort of the 182,000 square feet site and it resulted in additional investment in adjacent buildings.
