COMMUNITY IMPACT

Community Ventures will construct two buildings on Midland Avenue and East Third Street, in the East End neighborhood of Lexington, Kentucky. The Project is the first phase of what is anticipated to be a catalytic effort to revitalize and remove blight from the East End area. + This project will finance the construction of a mixed-use complex which is intended to spur a comprehensive revitalization of the East End neighborhood of Lexington, KY, an area with few opportunities for employment and lacking in suitable and safe housing.
