Project Description

NMTC financing was used to provide for working capital needs, plus reimbursement for capital improvements at Tubelite’s facility in Mesquite, TX. This financing will be used to add a 2nd and 3rd manufacturing shift and reimburse prior costs at the Tubelite Mesquite plant for labor expenses and facility lease expenses. The Project is expected to ultimately create 70 new, quality full-time jobs, offering living wages, a comprehensive benefit package, and job training/advancement opportunities.

The new glass manufacturing facility with significant quality and accessible job creation. All positions will pay a living wage, offer health and retirement benefits and support career advancement through area workforce partnerships and robust internal training.

Other Texas Projects

NMTC financing supported the construction of a new primary care service center for veterans in the McAllen area.

This project serves the most vulnerable homeless people through a wide array of social, medical, and mental assistance. It will also provide 59 “Tiny Homes”, which will be permanent housing.
