The University Lofts project includes new construction and historic rehabilitation associated with three buildings along Euclid Avenue near Cleveland State University. The project includes nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of street-level commercial and retail space and 30 market-rate and workforce housing units. This project is at the heart of the College Town district adjacent to Cleveland State University and runs along the HealthLine public transit route that connects the central business district with University Circle. CNMIF provided a $1 million loan as part of this $15.8 million project.
