Construction of modern professional office space in downtown Buckhannon, WV consisting of modern amenities and technology along with fiber gigabit connectivity. The use of funds includes equipping the building with modern utilities required for businesses to be competitive and operate virtually, such as three-phase power, backup generator, water, sewer, and high-speed fiber internet access as well as the interior fit-out and finishes for the first-floor retail components.
