Project Description

Renovation of a 8,295 square foot, historic building in Cincinnati, OH into 1,775 sq. ft. of commercial space for two start-up commercial tenants a pizza resturant and a ceramics maker and nine one-bedroom units of affordable housing.This project is part of and completes the larger Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus as an effort to revitalize a historic disinvested neighborhood.
