Project Description

The $24.6 million total project costs supports the development of a new, flagship 50,000 sq. ft., 3-story clinic and administrative center. The ground floor will contain 18 exam rooms, medical clinic, pharmacy, warehouse space, purchasing agent office, behavioral health clinic, triage, front desk and case management. The second floor will contain reception, dental clinic, radiology space, optometry clinic, medical records, IT offices, billing offices and storage. The third floor will be all administrative space including C-suite, offices, conference room, large training area, staff kitchen, and storage. With the increased capacity, it is expected that Winn Community Health Center can support over 50,000 additional medical visits for the Winnfield community in Louisiana.
