Over the past thirty years we have developed many projects in the urban core of the US. In all those years, we have rarely seen a more efficient and productive program solely focused on impact investing with tangible results and practical application. We have generated thousands of local jobs as a result of NMTC and without it, many of our crucial projects (such as the recent redevelopment In Watts, CA) would have not materialized within any reasonable time frames.
