The NMTC provides an essential subsidy to make community investments viable. Without NMTC, these projects would not get off the ground. For each investment made, we leverage other capital, usually in a 1:3 to 1:4 ratio, bringing new investment to low-income communities that struggle to grow their economy, jobs, and businesses.
