Our annual survey of NMTC Transactions
Our annual survey concerns NMTC transaction activity from 2024. If you did not finance a project in 2024, you can still participate the survey. For example, we are seeking information on pipeline projects from 2025.
This year’s survey is available exclusively in Excel in one spreadsheet with multiple tabs. Contact paul@rapoza.org if you have any issues.
Survey data will be kept confidential, though some projects may be selected for inclusion (usually a short description) in the Progress Report. Please submit pictures using the form below.
2) SUBMIT 2023 PROJECT PHOTOS AND CAPTIONS for the 2023 Progress Report
We are also collecting project photos and captions for our 2025 Progress Report. We will consider photos of any project that meets one of the following criteria: (1) closed in 2024 or (2) held a ribbon-cutting or other special event in 2024. Please also send those to paul@rapoza.org or use the form below.
In order to be eligible for a project photo in the 2025 Progress Report, you must complete the 2024 survey above.

This section will be updated as questions arise during the survey process.
1) What constitutes a project (3rd tab on the spreadsheet)?
For the purposes of this survey, a project is any of the following: a traditional NMTC project, an investment into an unrelated CDE, a loan fund closed in 2024, a business or nonprofit financed in 2024 through a revolving loan fund closed in 2024 or before 2024, providing financial counseling to low-income families and individuals, or redeployment of allocation into a new project.
