Northend Teleservices

In 2016, North End Teleservices (NET) took a chance on a North Omaha community struggling with widespread violence, poverty and unemployment and launched an outsourced, multi-channel contract call center. Today, thanks in part to NMTC financing, the organization is pursuing its mission in full force and bringing jobs to a community with extreme levels of unemployment and poverty.

Highland Accelerator

A nonprofit organization with the mission of revitalizing the Highlander neighborhood of North Omaha-the blighted and highly disinvested former site of a failed 23-acre public housing complex demolished in 2009.

Rail and Commerce

The substantial rehabilitation of a former United States Postal Service mail sorting facility into commercial office and creative co-working space supporting local startups and growing businesses.

We have used NMTC in Nebraska to support the development of 5 high quality early care and education facilities. Those centers provide services to over 600 children from 6 weeks to age 5 are employing 250. Let’s keep this program going.

Habitat for Humanity Omaha

CEI Capital Management provided $1.9 million in NMTC financing to Habitat for Humanity of Omaha for the construction of 14 new, affordable, homes.

The NMTC is a source of funding for businesses and community facilities in distressed urban communities such ss we have in the Highlander Neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska. Without this funding our neighborhood would be challenged to get funds to provide the life changing and betterment of families that we have provided for our local area.
