Project Description

This project was for a real estate loan for the grocery store. Kroger is a major community employer and is the largest super market in the United States. Finances a135,200 sq. ft., state-of-the-art online grocery fulfillment center that will be one of the first U.S. facilities devoted to direct-to-consumer grocery delivery, serving as Kroger’s hub for online delivery in Michigan.
