Project Description

The project includes the construction of a new two-story, 30,000 sq. ft. modern, child-oriented facility that will improve the quality of education, child safety and functionality for the children and staff, replacing a 50-year old converted supermarket that was never intended to be an educational facility. The new building will add space for physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with a new kitchen facility to prepare healthy meals. The project will allow for a 27% increase in enrollment from 233 to 297 students. – No Multiple Tenants.
