Project Description

The Advanced Sign Project involves land acquisition and the construction of a new 62,500 sq. ft., single-story, light manufacturing building. The project will allow Advanced Sign, LLC and its sister company, Decalcomania, L.L.C., to expand fabrication space from the 16,800 sq. ft. facility they are currently leasing.
