Project Description

United Alloy produces the highest quality leak-proof metal fuel tanks, reservoirs, skids, frames, chassis, trailers, heavy metal fabrications, and complex weldments; and its primary customer is Caterpillar – the world’s largest manufacturer of construction equipment.

To help meet customer demand and be in closer proximity to Caterpillar, in 2020, UAI opened a second 121k sq. ft. facility in Seguin, TX. To further scale operations, United Alloy Texas needs to add an additional 110k sq. ft. of capacity to its Seguin facility, which will enable the business to meet increasing customer demand. The new construction and installation of heavy-duty FFE for $26 million includes the latest automation for light sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and assembly.

The extra space will allow UAI to continue to grow its capacity fabricating and assembling sheet metal enclosures for large original equipment manufacturers customers.
