Salad and Go, founded in 2013, is a gourmet drive-thru restaurant chain led by a mission to make drive-thru fast food healthier and affordable to all.The NMTC Investment is used to support leasehold improvements and equipment purchases to establish a 112,000 sq. ft. food production facility in a severely distressed census tract in Garland, Texas the project. the project is expected to create and retain 281 permanent full-time equivalent jobs, all of which will be accessible to low-income persons.

Fit-out of 112,000 sq. ft. food production facility. he successful closing of the Salad and Go SNG NMTC transaction by the Empowerment Reinvestment Fund ERF, a subsidiary of TruFund Financial Services! ERF’s NTMC allocation of $10 million, the first installment of its 2022 $40 million award, will contribute to the purchase and installation of equipment for SNG’s new 112K sq. ft. food-processing facility in Garland, TX.Salad and Go is renowned for its drive-thru restaurant chain, offering delicious salads, wraps, and breakfast options made from fresh, quality ingredients.Their mission to make nutritious food convenient and affordable for all is truly inspiring! This project is a significant step towards SNG’s growth plan, allowing them to retain 102 high-quality jobs and create an additional 179 positions.They’re on track to expand to 400 locations, amplifying access to affordable, healthy meals in communities.
