Project Description

Cleveland Kitchen is the leading fermented foods producer in the United States, with products available in over 20,000 retail stores.This project supports the consolidation and expansion of operations at the company’’s existing production facility within the Cleveland Central Kitchen incubator, located in the Midtown neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio.The NMTC financing enables Cleveland Kitchen to relocate equipment and production lines to accommodate expanded product offerings and meet projected increases in demand following the addition of pickles to its product line.The financing also supports the insulation of 30,000 square feet of space to be used for cold storage, enhancing the facility’’s operational capacity.
