ArenaCo, a non-profit community development corporation, was formed to own and operate the Xtream Arena & Fieldhouse in Coralville. Xtream will be a multi-purpose facility featuring an approximately 6,200 seat arena and a multi-use sports facility and athlete training center. The arena will be located at the Iowa River Landing, an 180-acre mixed-use development just off of Interstate 80. An analysis found that the total economic impact of this new district will be in excess of $1.4 billion over a 20 year period.
