Project Description

The Elica project entailed the renovation of a building in North Highlands, a northern suburb of Sacramento. The new site is 1.3 miles south of the site of the current center, at 5708 Watt Avenue, the lease on which runs through April 2021. Elica acquired the building in September 2018,and recently completed the renovation. The new center houses 24 medical examination rooms, 18 dental operatories and six behavioral health exam rooms (plus a behavioral health meeting room to be used for group therapy sessions). The space includes a laboratory and an on-site pharmacy.
