Project Description

The project will include a podium with subterranean and above-ground parking, and a 23,000 sq. ft. integrated health and physical rehabilitation clinic. Services will include Adult, Child and Adolescent Therapy, Family Therapy, Autism spectrum disorder occupational and speech therapy, Substance Use Disorder services, and services to Veterans with PTSD. The project will also provide the literal foundation for a future modular housing component that is expected to consist of approx 160 housing units (not funded with NMTCs). FQHC to develop behavioral/mental health clinic with podium parking structure to support modular housing units above the project.
