Project Description

FlyGuys, Inc. (“FlyGuys”) is a full service, project management and data collection company that contracts the best drone pilots to help acquire aerial imaging data to allow for more informed, accurate and affordable decision making for the end user. This project provided the company with working capital needed to retain top talent and update its technology and processes for scalability.

Advantage Capital Community Development Fund’s capital was key to this Series A extension coming together signaling the positive trajectory of the company after past struggles. This project supports accessible, high-paying jobs in Lafayette, Louisiana, which has historically been reliant on the oil and gas industry for economic development. FlyGuy’s job growth in a new industry has brought high visibility to the company, with the company receiving a visit from Senator Bill Cassidy.
