Project Description

Charlotte Region Habitat used NMTC financing for 1) the vertical construction of single-family detached homes built on 16 previously acquired infill sites scattered throughout distressed areas in the City of Charlotte; and 2) the site acquisition and development of 8-unit townhome project located within a severely distressed tract. These 24 energy efficient affordable homes will be sold to low-income and very-low-income families.
