Project Description

This project was for a 54,000 sq. ft. grocery store in Winchester, TN. Store includes a bakery/deli, a 500 sq. ft. pharmacy, Starbucks and a Bank. K-VA-T also purchased an adjacent property for an off-site fuel station. The project site is located within a designated food desert and medically undeserved census tract. Thus, the new store will allow K-VA-T to directly address and serve the needs of local communities.
