Project Description

This project will provide the financing needed to develop an 80,000 sq. ft. office building to be used as corporate incubator space. The office building will be adjacent to Kansas State University located in Manhattan, Kansas. The development includes incubator style office space with shared conference rooms, collaborative technology, and event space for tenants.

NMTC financing allowed Spirit AreoSystems to expand theircurrent facility to allow for increased ability to design, fabricate, and assemble large-scale aerostructures within various business segments.
