Project Description

Main Street Ingredients (MSI) is a formulator and manufacturer of private-label nutritional systems, Keystone stabilizer systems, Cornerstone-formulated proteins, and functional dairy ingredients serving the nutritional and food processing industries. The company has just completed the installation of a new advanced technology Agglomeration System. This new system allows them to “instantize” whey proteins, nonfat dry milk, milk proteins, stabilizers, and other ingredients to improve dispersibility, eliminate dusting and improve other functional characteristics. The addition of this technology complements MSI’s existing blending and packaging capabilities and significantly expands its abilities to serve its clients.

NTMC financing was used to fund a 50,000 sq. ft. expansion to include a new lab area and employee facilities, production area, and warehousing. The financing also replenishes working capital through refinancing of the agglomeration equipment and the recent 64,000 sq. ft. expansion. The project positions the company for long-term stability and continued growth.
