Project Description

This NMTC project rehabilitates seven properties along Main Street, primarily the old jail building in Knott, into a climate-controlled bus waiting area to allow for expanded transportation options. It also includes construction of a parking structure featuring a walking track and outdoor art installations. Offices and space for HUD and other community partners will create a one-stop shop for client services and transportation options for low-income and elderly residents.
