Construction loan for community learning and health center. The first structure, 12,000 sq. ft., features an affordable childcare and learning center, workforce development programs and office space for United Way Marshall County (UWMC) and Marshall County Community Foundation (MCCF). The second facility, a 33,00 sq. ft. aquatic and fitness center, also includes a farmers’ market and a commercial kitchen. This project, backed by prominent local institutions, provides critical services to this low-income community, which is designated as both a food desert and a medically underserved area.
