Project Description

This project consists of the renovation and expansion of Northwest Human Services’ existing 28,000 sq. ft. facility into a 50,970 sq. ft. facility that houses multi-integrated Care Teams under one roof. The services that are co-located in the new facility accomodate an estimated 10,000 additional visits annually.
