Project Description

Nuso, LLC (“NUSO”) is a Cloud Service Provider delivering an all-in-one software-based Unified Communications and Collaborations (“UCC”) platform with full telephony applications in a flexible deployment model. NUSO’s platform allows its customers access to increased efficiency and productivity across PCs, smartphones and tablets by supporting full call control and UCC features for offices, as well as mobile and remote workers. This project funded the acquisition of two companies whose products improved Nuso’s capabilities and provided working capital.
