Acquisition and construction of a new retail shopping center with a 40,000 sq. ft. grocery store as its anchor. The project is located in a severely distressed area of rural Picayune, Mississippi that has been identified by the USDA as a Food Desert. The anticipated project will fund costs associated with acquisition and construction of a former Winn Dixie grocery store that closed in 2018.
