It features a 24,000 sq. ft. public market with 10 food stalls and grocery store on the first floor, 9,600 sq. ft. of not-for-profit office space on the second floor, and a total of 26 mixed-income apartments on the upper 2 floors with a tenant mix of approximately 31% low-income housing (under 80% AMI), 38% market rate and 31% workforce housing (80-120% AMI).
