Project Description

NMTC loan proceeds will be utilized to fund construction and other related costs. The project includes partial demolition, renovation, and a two-story addition to an existing commercial building. Once completed, the building will have approximately 47,000 sq. ft. (4,392 sq. ft. would be allocated to the existing Fairview Clinic). TFP’s space will include classrooms, therapy offices, group and community meeting rooms, training spaces, and offices.
