Project Description

The project consists of the construction of a new 30,000 sq. ft. feed mill, and a 10,000 sq. ft. office space in Storm Lake and related equipment. The need for the new feed mill was caused by an old, outdated facility and poor access to the facility with only one way in and out, which caused traffic flow problems. This created problems with emergency services who were on the same street.
