In March 2018, the Company entered into a financing transaction with an outside bank and community development agency related to the new mid-size bar cell capital project at its Dunkirk, NY facility. The Company financed a portion of this $10.0 million capitalized project via the New Markets Tax Credit program, enabling it to benefit from low cost financing.
