Project Description

One phase of Van Wert Forward that consists of the rehabilitation and revitalization of one (1) historic property around the main intersection of historic downtown Van Wert to create approximately 12,885 sq. ft. of commercial space. The project will provide much-needed commercial and retail space on flexible lease terms to tenant businesses, who in turn will provide quality jobs, training opportunities, needed commercial and community goods and services, and enhanced quality of life for individuals, including Low-Income Persons, within the project area.
