Project Description

Construction of a new, 66,000 sq. ft. YMCA facility in downtown Muncie, a rustbelt city long navigating socioeconomic change. The new and expanded offering, replacing an outdated nearby location, includes several 3rd party nonprofit providers, such as Open Door Health Services FQHC and a three‐way workforce development partnership between the Y, Muncie Area Career Center, and Muncie Community Schools.
