NMTC financing made the planning, design, and construction of the Kailapa Community Resource Center possible.
Construction of the first phase of the MLT Operations and Service Learning Center on Farrington Avenue, in Kualapuu.
Federally qualified health center builds local workforce while improving healthcare access.
The Molokai Community Health Center, a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the quality of life for residents of the Hawaiian island of Molokai, who are predominantly Native Hawaiians.
The $7.2 million facility will be a gateway for community learning, employment training, and e-commerce business development; and will also provide Internet access, distance learning and technology training.
The construction of a new, state-of-the-art veneer mill and the conversion to biomass fuel of two oil-fired electric generation plants.
In December 2003, the Fund invested $250,000 in Hoku Scientific Inc. as part of an approximately $5M round of equity financing.
