Community Testimonials

NMTC’s have made several significant community projects possible – from expanding the food bank and Meals on Wheels, to expanding services to children in foster care, to expanding access to small business development and childcare. These projects would either have not come to fruition, or would have made a much smaller impact if nonprofit organizations did not have access to this funding. Beyond this value is the connection these funds build with the business community. At Center for Transforming Lives, our project is known to and supported by so many more businesses and community development entities than we were before. These funds are both a vital part of the social safety net and good for business development in communities that need it most.
