Project Description

Construction of a 375,000 sq. ft. e-commerce grocery fulfillment center in Forest Park, Georgia. It is located on the former military base of Fort Gillem, which now houses the Gillem Logistics Center. The Center is an 1,168-acre master planned park dedicated to housing state-of-the-art industrial and mixed-use facilities for distribution and e-commerce logistics. Representing nearly one-third of the City of Forest Park’s land area, the Center is a large driver of economic development for the local community.
