Project Description

The Keyer Row development consists of the renovation of three historic buildings into 22 new apartment units (including five affordable units for those making up to 80% of the Area Median Income) and six commercial spaces. Residential units range from efficiency to 2-bedroom units, and street-level spaces total 6,880 square feet of commercial space. The project will create workforce and low-income housing for local residents of the neighborhood.
