Project Description

Warsaw Creative Campus is the redevelopment of Warsaw Avenue in the historic Price Hill neighborhood. This development includes the renovation of 7 Historic Buildings to create commercial and community arts space. This project will make Price Hill more walkable, increase mixed-use development that provides affordable and market rate apartments for people who live and/or work in the community. The WCC will create 16,900 sq. ft. of Community Arts Space and will be anchored by PHW’s award-winning MyCincinnati Youth Orchestra. MyCincinnati is a free, daily youth orchestra program with over 130 students. Community arts organizations will co-locate in the project to provide services such as creative writing workshops, performing arts space, public art studios and hip-hop dance classes, as well as year round internship and employment opportunities for neighborhood youth. The project will address the shortage of high-quality affordable housing by creating 19 Units of Affordable Housing that will offer proximity to social services, public transportation, fresh food, recreation, schools, the library and places of worship.
