Project Description

CSTH-Dynamic manufactures wreckers and car carriers for the towing industry. the company was formed to purchase the assets of Dynamic Towing, a company located in Norfolk, Virginia.This project provided financing for the company’s acquisition of Dynamic Towing’s assets and inventory, retaining Dynamic’s jobs in Norfolk.

CSTH-Dynamic was formed to acquire the assets of Dynamic Towing, a manufacturer of wrecker truck bodies.The owners of Dynamic Towing were planning to retire with no viable succession plans.This project provided the funds needed to facilitate the acquisition of the business and retain 20 jobs in Norfolk, Virginia.
