Affordable access to arts programs in Burlington would not be possible today without the NMTC tax credit loan that enable the purchase of our building. It helped leverage private donations and municipal investment at a critical time. The project is a major contributor to Burlington’s economic vitality, helping large businesses attract and retain employees, training and supporting artists and small businesses, and creating construction jobs.
