NMTCs helped Shuman Development Group convert a 45,288 sq. ft. building into a mixed-use retail shopping center. The property had been vacant for several years. The building now houses a grocery store, a nail salon, a smoothie shop, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a beauty and barber school and a daycare center.
